The best way to experience the glory of the Chao Phraya River is by taking a dinner river cruise. The luxurious floating restaurants will take you along to appreciate the romantic views of the famous landmarks such as the Temple of Dawn and the Grand Palace as well as people’s houses on both sides of the river glistening in contrast with the dark sky. - Asia Tique Riverfront
Asiatique The Riverfront is a large open-air mall in Bangkok, Thailand. It is situated in the former docks of the East Asiatic Company, and faces the Chao Phraya River and Charoen Krung Road. The complex opened in 2012 after extensive renovation of the site

 

Day 4   AYUTTHAYA.

- Bang Pa-in Palace
Bang Pa-In Royal Palace. The palace complex was used as a summer dwelling by the Siamese royalty and their consorts. Also called 'BangPa In Summer Palace' the park comprises several iconic buildings dotted around a large park

- Wat Yai Chai Mongkol
Wat Yai Chai Mongkol (or Mongkhon) is located a few kilometers southeast of Ayutthaya (island). You'll have to cross the Pridithamrong bridge out of the city. It obviously is one of the major temples in the Ayutthaya area, and both tourists and local worshippers visit the wat.

- Wat Mahathat
Wat Maha That or the Monastery of the great relic is located on the city island in the central part of Ayutthaya. Surrounded by canals and moats. The structure has been registered as a national historic site by the Fine Arts Department on 8 March 1935 and is part of the Ayutthaya World Heritage Historical Park.

 

Day 5   KANCHANABURI

- River Kwai Bridge
Kanchanaburi is a land forever cloaked in history. Renowned across the globe for its famous WWII landmarks – Bridge over the River Kwai (Kwae) and the Death Railway – this westernmost province was used by the Japanese army as a strategic supplies route into neighbouring Burma and beyond. Enclosed by verdant forests, the Death Railway is, today, one of the most scenic rail routes in the country

- Jeath War Museum
The JEATH War Museum is one of two war museums in Thailand about the Death Railway built from 1942 to 1943 by Allied POWs under the direction of the Japanese, a part of the famous Thai-Burma railways.
 

- War Cemetery
This War Cemetery is also known as the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery. It is located opposite Kanchanaburi's Railway Station on Saengchootoe Road. It contains the remains of 6,982 Australian, Dutch and British war prisoners who lost their lives during the construction of the Death Railway 

 

- Phra Prathom Jedi
Phra Pathommachedi or Phra Pathom Chedi is a stupa in Thailand. At 120.5metres it is the tallest stupa in the world. The stupa is located in the Wat Phra Pathommachedi Ratcha Wora Maha Wihan, a temple in the town center of Nakhon Pathom, Thailand

 

Day 6   PATTAYA
